ReplyDeleteThis week I was engaged with short film task in the morning and particularly enjoyed the concept of this task, I thank Mark for this great task.

This week I did not feel distanced and felt that the tasks were challenging but enjoyable and inventive.

Mark was helpful with providing us with a good range of detail for the task which helped me create new ideas.

Nothing was a puzzle to me.

This week I was surprised by the fantastic range of tasks on display and enjoyed editing as it helps me create new videos for my media playbook.

When we figured the shots out in our group.

How complex setting up shots is when you have to work out camera distance.

- The morning discussion reviewing the auditions from the previous day.

when we were talking focal lengths - i never seem to pick technical aspects up easily.

when mark explains in simple terms focal lengths, and advice on editing

when we were put into groups, we like to choose our own groups and dont particularly like task work.

not sure; how quick we finished editing.

ReplyDeleteI felt most engaged learning about lenses as this really helped me strengthen my knowledge on which lenses to use and how this affects the audience.

In the morning, it took me a bit of time to fully get into the task.

I found it helpful working with my partner. I felt this has strengthened our friendship.

I found it confusing that yet again technology let us down :( . Also, where were the technicians?

It surprised me the variety of ways people filmed the same exact piece of footage :).
